Motivate: You work better, train harder, & are more likely to stay on track & achieve your goals when you have the unconditional support of a fitness professional on a regular basis. Modify: Bodies adapt, which is how we improve through exercise. To get ongoing results from your program it needs continual modification & needs to adapt as you set new goals when surpass the old ones. |
